In the Unterinnental near Kufstein, east of the Inn and at the foot of the Zahmen Kaiser, lies the traditional health resort of Ebbs in Tirol. As one of the oldest houses in the village, the Unterwirt - Das kleine Gourmethotel is run by the Steindl family with much love and tradition. Cosy, spacious rooms in country house style offer you an oasis of peace. The Unterwirt is particularly proud to have been awarded the Gault Millau seal of approval since 1991, and for the first time in 2020, even 2 seals. From breakfast onwards, you can enjoy all kinds of colourful, home-made, organic and fresh food, in rich variety and beautifully served. In the evening, you can enjoy contemporary food culture and tradition, with strictly and consciously selected products, as regionally and organically as possible. Edmund Steindl, himself a pioneer of the Slow Food movement, is co-founder of the gastronomic region "Untere Schranne". The garden terrace is a very special place to enjoy and linger.
